Claire Mahony is the CoLab Team Administrator working in the areas of events, communications and partner relations. She joined Media Lab Europe in December
2003 having spent 3 years working for Enterprise Ireland, the Trade and
Technology Board of the Irish Government. After completing her degree,
Claire was selected as part of the Enterprise Ireland Overseas Graduate
programme to join the business development team in Amsterdam on a
two-year internship. There she helped Irish companies increase their
exports to the Netherlands.
In 2002 she moved back to Dublin and continued to work for Enterprise
Ireland, in their Group Promotions department, where she was responsible
for organising trade fair national stands, trade missions, buyer visits
and seminars. Claire also worked in their Healthcare department where
she managed the Med in Ireland Exhibition & Conference 2003.
Claire holds a B.Sc. Mgmt in Marketing and German from Trinity College
Dublin as well as a Diploma in Event Managment.
