Social Robot Research @ Media Lab Europe
Eva Jacobus

Eva's current interests in the Anthropos project include integrating the control of various software subsystems, with special focus on looking at how to use models of attention both as a tool in filtering data during the integration of systems and as an important part of the social aspect of the human/robot interaction. Her prior work includes a project using software agents to mimic human behavior in economic trading experiments at the MIT AI Lab, and work on a small mobile robot mimicking ant behavior in following fading trails at the MIT Edgerton Center.

Eva has a Bachelor's of Science from the department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at MIT, specializing in artificial intelligence.
